GOT QUESTIONS?
WE GOT ANSWERS.
Not at all. While celiac disease is our specialty and where our deepest expertise lives, we work with a wide range of complex, often-overlooked conditions including IBS, SIBO, bloating, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, MCAS, POTS, and autoimmune conditions. If you've been bounced between doctors without answers, or told your labs are "normal" but you still feel terrible, you're exactly who we're built for. Functional nutrition addresses the root cause rather than the symptom, which is why clients with complex, multi-system issues tend to thrive here.
No! We take clients across the United States and internationally. Everything is done through our patient portal, Practice Better. Through Practice Better you will be able to schedule calls based on your schedule and have unlimited access to your personal dietitian.
Yes. The treatment for celiac disease is a gluten-free diet. As a dietitian, diets are what we know best. While you could figure out celiac on your own, working with a dietitian will help make the transition smooth and easy. Keep in mind, not all dietitians do not specialize in celiac disease, but at The Celiac Space, we do.
We get it, many clients come to us after having tried everything else! Investing in your health is a real consideration. Here's what we know: most of our clients have already spent years and significant money on doctor visits, tests, and treatments that didn't get them answers. Our approach is designed to stop that cycle. We also offer multiple ways to make it work financially - HSA/FSA cards are accepted at checkout, Affirm is available for flexible payment plans, and a 10% discount applies if you pay in full. Book a free Consult Call and we'll walk you through your options.
Yes, you can use an HSA/FSA just as you would use a credit card at check out. You may need to verify with your specific account policies to verify this type of service is under your contract.
Yes. We work with children and families or all ages and sizes.
Yes, there is a program commitment because lasting health changes don't occur in just a few weeks. We've observed that when individuals stop too soon, they often revert to their starting point. Our program requires time to test, adjust protocols as your body responds, and establish lasting healthy habits. Our programs are designed for long-term progress, not quick fixes. The minimum commitment is in place to protect your investment and ensure results. If you haven't seen results from single appointments, switching providers, or DIY options, this is why we require a commitment.
We don't accept insurance, and that's intentional. Insurance-based care limits what we can test, how much time we can spend with you, and what we're allowed to address. The TotalWellness Method removes restrictions so we can actually get to the root of what's driving your symptoms, not just manage them. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds to cover their investment, and we offer flexible payment options including Affirm and installment plans.
