Meet the Team
CEO / FOUNDER
I’m Erin, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that specializes in helping people with celiac disease.
What makes me a specialist?
For starters, I’m a celiac, just like you. I understand the physical, emotional, and mental hurdles you face every day because I’ve faced them too.
Being a Dietitian means I’ve dedicated years to mastering the intricate science of how food affects your body. By applying that to all I've learned to my own celiac diagnosis, I’ve already done all the heavy lifting for you. I know what really works and am here to help you get your life back post-diagnosis.
Over the years, I’ve had the joy of using my professional and personal experiences to help hundreds of people with celiac. My goal is to show you and your loved ones how to navigate through the jumble of gluten-free information out there and get you on a path to a healthier life.
I firmly believe achieving a healthier life shouldn’t be hard, or restricted.
Let’s work together towards a better you!
Hi, my name is Rebecca, I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that specializes in celiac disease, sports performance nutrition, maternal nutrition, various chronic disease states, overall general health, and emotional well-being. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master's degree in Dietetics from Ball State University.
I have personally struggled with nutrition as I was misdiagnosed for several years fighting gastrointestinal issues and weight gain until I got my celiac diagnosis. I’ve also battled body dysmorphia and an eating disorder after competing in bodybuilding. After support, guidance, and education I was back to a healthy body and lifestyle. That’s exactly what I want to do for you!
I want to help you achieve your goals through a positive overall lifestyle approach that is unique to you. I believe it’s important to create a positive healthy relationship with food but also create a healthy overall lifestyle as well!

Hey! I’m Emilee, a celiac and Registered Dietitian. I specialize in celiac disease, food intolerances, and weight management.
I’m here to help you feel your best and reach your health goals!
I graduated from Utah State University with my Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Outside of the “office” I am a mom to 3 littles who keep me busy and love to travel when I can!
Celiac disease and food allergies runs pretty thick in my family (9 members and counting). Living with food restrictions can be challenging! I have seen how it can take a toll on individuals and families. It can be physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausting!
I have also seen how chronic dieting can lead to having a poor relationship with food. I enjoy working with clients to help re-establish a healthy relationship with all food and find long-term solutions to promote their weight loss goals.
Whether you are struggling with celiac disease, food intolerances, or weight management, I’m here to help you navigate the food and nutrition world so you can feel your best and reach your health goals!
Hello! I’m Alexis, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances, weight management, and general nutrition.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.
I was diagnosed with celiac disease 8 years ago, so I know first-hand the ups and downs of following the gluten-free diet. I love experimenting with gluten-free baking and cooking.
I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, being active, listening to and playing music (I play the oboe!), and exploring New England.
As your dietitian, my goal is to help assist you with your goals and answer any questions you may have to set you up for long-term success.
Hi, my name is Maretta! I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in celiac disease, digestive issues, and general nutrition.
I’m here to guide you through your journey to your healthiest and most confident self!
I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University and my Master of Science in Nutrition from Saint Elizabeth University.
I’ve always loved all things food and nutrition - I even went to a technical high school for culinary arts! Besides cooking and food-related interests, I love exploring nature, traveling when I can, and going to NJ Devils hockey games!
When I was younger, I personally struggled with my health and was fortunately referred to a dietitian. She not only helped me understand the impact that food has on my body, but she provided me with achievable action steps each visit that ultimately lead to me reaching my goals and feeling healthier and more confident than ever. I became a dietitian so I can do the same for you.
