Hi, I'm Rebecca. I completed my Bachelor of Science and Master's degree in Dietetics from Ball State University, and I specialize in celiac disease, sports performance nutrition, maternal nutrition, various chronic disease states, and emotional well-being.
I've personally struggled with nutrition. I was misdiagnosed for several years while fighting gastrointestinal issues and weight gain until I finally got my celiac diagnosis. I also battled body dysmorphia and an eating disorder after competing in bodybuilding. After the right support, guidance, and education, I got back to a healthy body and lifestyle, and that's exactly what I want to help you do too.
Outside the office, I’m a wife and mom who loves family time, being outdoors, gardening, staying active, and making memories with the people I love.

Hey, I'm Emilee, a celiac and a Registered Dietitian. I graduated from Utah State University with my Hey, I'm Emilee, a Registered Dietitian and celiac myself. I graduated from Utah State University with my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, specializing in celiac disease and gut health across the adult and pediatric populations.
Celiac disease runs deep in my family, with 8 members and counting. So I've witnessed firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional toll of food restrictions. I've seen how navigating these health issues can fracture people's relationship with food. That's why I'm passionate about helping clients rebuild trust with all foods while finding sustainable, personalized solutions.
Outside the office, I'm a mom to 3 navigating the beautiful chaos of back-to-back sports seasons. I'm a foodie who loves traveling and chasing new adventures. Whether you're managing celiac disease, other gut health challenges in your family, or just want to feel your best, I'm here to support you.

Specializes in: Celiac disease, gut health, functional nutrition, women’s health, hormones
Hi, I'm Maretta! I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in gut health, functional nutrition, women's health, and hormones. I know how frustrating it is to feel unwell and get handed a one-size-fits-all answer instead of real answers. I dig deeper into your labs, your history, and your day-to-day to find out what's actually going on.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Saint Elizabeth University. Over the years, I've learned what "normal" labs and dismissive appointments so often miss, and I turn that into a clear, actionable plan you can actually follow.
I've always loved food, too (I even went to a technical high school for culinary arts), so healing your gut or balancing your hormones doesn't mean giving up the joy of eating for me, and it won't for you either. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking (aka eating), traveling, and trying new restaurants with friends. I'll also use any excuse to go on a coffee walk.

Hey, I'm Madi! I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University, and I specialize in celiac disease, women's health, hormones, gut health, and Hashimoto's.
I'm the person you call when you've been told "everything looks normal," but you know something is off. My passion for functional nutrition didn't come from a textbook. It came from my own story. Getting diagnosed with Hashimoto's during my Dietetic Internship was a total plot twist that sent me down a rabbit hole of root cause approaches and whole body healing. It changed everything.
That experience showed me how much of a difference it makes to have a provider who truly listens and digs deeper, so I decided to be that provider. You've spent long enough without answers. I'm here to change that.
Outside of working with clients, I love chasing around my toddler twins, getting outside, trying new gluten free recipes, and watching Survivor. I’m a busy mom who knows health changes need to stay realistic, and that’s what we will work together to do!
