GOT QUESTIONS?
WE GOT ANSWERS.
Not at all. While celiac disease is our specialty and where our deepest expertise lives, we work with a wide range of complex, often-overlooked conditions including IBS, SIBO, bloating, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, MCAS, POTS, and autoimmune conditions. If you've been bounced between doctors without answers, or told your labs are "normal" but you still feel terrible, you're exactly who we're built for. Functional nutrition addresses the root cause rather than the symptom, which is why clients with complex, multi-system issues tend to thrive here.
Yes. The treatment for celiac disease is a gluten-free diet. As a dietitian, diets are what we know best. While you could figure out celiac on your own, working with a dietitian will help make the transition smooth and easy. Keep in mind, not all dietitians do not specialize in celiac disease, but at The Celiac Space, we do.
The Poop Panel Test, also known as the GI-MAP test, gives you a detailed look at what's happening in your gut. It checks for imbalances, potential bad guys (pathogens), and markers of inflammation. You'll get a kit to collect a small sample at home, send it back to the designated lab, and then you’ll receive a report with personalized recommendations based on your results. You can learn more about it here.
Once your stool sample is received by the lab, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to process the results. You'll receive a detailed report outlining the findings and a short video with my personalized recommendations based on your results.
Our nutrition coaching is here to support you if you have celiac disease or other digestive issues. Our dietitians create custom nutrition plans for each client, helping you manage symptoms and improve your overall health. This includes meal planning, supplement recommendations, and ongoing support to keep you on track for all of your health goals. You can meet the team and see our coaching packages here.
In nutrition coaching sessions you'll be paired up with one of our knowledgeable dietitians. Together, you’ll go over your health history, eating habits, and any specific concerns. Then, we'll create a personalized plan for you. You'll get practical advice, meal-planning tips, and ongoing support to help you reach your goals.
