Picture this. It’s Saturday evening and your plan is to stay in and watch a movie with your cat. Then you get a call from your friend asking if you want to hang out and check out the new restaurant that opened just down the street. All your friends are going and they can pick you up in 15 minutes. What do you do?
Do you automatically say no because you do not have time to call the restaurant and ask about gluten-free options? Or, do you say no because you do not feel safe with the type of cuisine they serve?
Maybe you do get the courage to go. But, do you then make yourself sick worrying about cross-contact while waiting for your food?
If you could picture yourself in this situation, this guide is for you. With this guide, you will learn that you CAN eat out gluten-free with ease. Even in everyday restaurants that serve gluten-containing items.
So what are you waiting for? It’s time to live a life without the restrictions, fear, or limits you put on yourself that stop you from eating out and enjoying the experience.
